Your data, and how to get rid of it.
What we keep about you, for how long, how to export it and how to delete it. What reaches the end of its period our servers delete by themselves, every hour, without anybody having to remember.
Everything with one button
Sign in with your Elchi account and delete it. With it, after 30 days, go your applications with their accounts, the EMX organisations that are only yours with every mailbox, and your enquiries to us. Until then you can export everything and change your mind.
Product by product
Every product also deletes on its own: an application in the console, a mailbox or a whole organisation in EMX, your EAuth account.
Without an account
You wrote to us through the form or used support? Enter your address. We send a link to it, and only when you confirm it do we delete your enquiries and support messages. Mails to our addresses we delete on request to legal@elchi.dev.

What is deleted also disappears from the backups when they are replaced in the normal cycle, at the latest after 60 days. We restore from backups only to recover the service after a failure, never a person's deleted data. What the law requires us to keep, such as invoices (Art. 958f OR), stays as long as the law requires.
